Quality
and environmental management.
One not without the other
Quality
In diversity, versatility, flexibility
Quality as an explicit corporate characteristic no longer seems contemporary. It is generally taken for granted as a standard feature. But quality is not just an empty, meaningless phrase. Rather, it reflects the correspondence between corporate aspirations and practical implementation – and is perceived by customers, employees and partners as coherent, from their point of view. By means of our FRIED-SPED quality management programme, we try to achieve this goal in every project.
At FRIED-SPED, every logistics module is also a quality module: Order acceptance, receipt of goods, warehouse management, planning, coordination, packaging, delivery, transport-related outline of the formal framework of the project; accompanying the project, we build on target-oriented coordination between the relevant logistics areas, on transparent communication with the customer, on the competencies of all employees and on a modern, functional site, buildings and equipment of the vehicle fleet, etc.
Environment
We mean business
In the meantime, a further essential building block has been added to the quality structure of our logistics company: the FRIED-SPED environmental management system.
The rampant climate crisis, dwindling resources and the resulting increase in environmental awareness neither leave out the economy nor society. The pressure is growing and with it the responsibility. And the logistics sector in particular has a duty to deal objectively with its image as an "air polluter" and "traffic jam creator". And here, taking a different path requires important values and principles: namely, responsibility, willingness, commitment, implementation strength, innovation potential, etc.
We have defined goals that do justice to our responsibility towards the environment in the medium to long term.
In order to set the right signals internally and externally, we have had our company certified according to the quality and environmental guidelines of the two DIN standards ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management). For us, these are both an obligation and a benchmark.
